They are the most open and transparent executive team in corporate America, and you can't convince me otherwise!

That it was done quickly and wasn't drawn out. When you're considering a new job, you want to know. Sauce Labs moves quickly and doesn't string anyone along, ever.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone who works at Sauce Labs treats you as a person first and a co-worker second. Everyone is free to be exactly who they are, completely and totally. It's truly refreshing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The complete and comprehensive nature of it. Salary is not sacrificed in the name of good benefits. Good benefits are not sacrificed in the name of high salaries. So on and so forth. Packages are strong in all areas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone genuinely cares about each other, our customers, and the company. You never get the sense that anyone is in it for themselves. And you never feel like your life should take a backseat to your work. My manager would be annoyed if I ever put work before family.
