What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interview. I felt like I was casually having conversation with friends over coffee.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being on an inclusive team with supportive colleagues who inspire me to grow and learn. Feeling like this is a company where I can grow my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team seems genuinely invested in the company, but I feel like D&I is lacking. The executive team is mostly straight white men, and they are a bit bro-y.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on one of the most diverse teams at Sauce Labs. We genuinely want to improve the company and find ways to scale as we do expect to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is diverse despite the fact that it's very lacking in the executive team. Everyone for the most part is friendly and easy going. We all are committed to our roles in the company, but know how to have fun at the same time. My coworkers aren't just colleagues, I can call them my friends.
