ups and downs.. seen a lot of changes but this is the best management team and direction I've seen in a while
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team and the new management that was brought in. the changes have been nothing but positive
What did you like most about the interview process?
the interview process is way different now than when I was hired. so this isn't a good question for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
some of the new responsibilities and roles that I have taken on within the last year. Its great being able to take my knowledge and expand it in different ways
What are some of the best things about your team?
the collaboration and the fact that we are all on the same page. I also like the skill set and knowledge that they have that I dont. we really compliment each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm just getting to know them. But love the enthusiasm and the willingness to listen and try new ideas. Its been great so far and I am excited to see where Sauce goes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not entirely sure what a person in my position should be paid. so its a little difficult to answer this question. From the look of it I may be a little underpaid but then again .. maybe not
