Expedited the process to work with my timeline. The recruiting team does a fantastic job welcoming candidates. That feeling that you will be taken care of at Sauce does not fade after the interview process!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open - not just accepting but *celebrating* of all people, hobbies, interests, languages, locations. We've got lunchtime plant outings, afternoon meditation sessions, metal in the music Slack channel, board game nights, and a soccer intramural sports team in the works.
