If Schaeffler can only offer retirement benefits then I can firmly say this is the company I wanted to serve for the rest of my working career.

Compared to competitors or other company, compensation level is not competitive.

No raises are given no matter how good your attendance is or how well you perform. Everyone gets the same .40 or less every year
