Diverse and more like family.
I've been able to learn and grow. They supported me going back to school and transferring to a better position. I've been very lucky to work for good managers. I've heard that some of the managers are not very good to work for.
It has been a good 16 years. By being employed at schaeffler 16 years ago, I managed to send my kids to good schools and provide for my family. I have grown as a person and learned to work with different people from different backgrounds.
