Part-time workers get the short end of the stick, once you hit a certain pay you can't get anymore raises? Why?
Having enough people working to cover shifts would be a great start. Paying more since most days you have to work 2 or more jobs for the price of "1".

It is sad the labor we do and a McDonald's employee can make more then an employee at Schnucks. Every contract they take away and increase are benefits
Higher pay rate. WalMart starts out at $15 per hour.
They expect us teammates to work until were dead and then still expect more. They pay extremely bad for the work they want out of people.
If they would REALLY LISTEN and not except a few workers to do everything. Pay one group of workers as much as other group of workers. Different union workers are paid differently. Pay the newly hired more so we can keep them.
