When we have enough people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Breakdown of communication. District manager doesn't listen to store managers, and store managers don't listen to department managers. Also you are a 2.1 billion dollar company. You can spare some hours to give your employees to work. It's disgusting how little help you give us. CORPORATE GREED!

get product in and listen to your employee's and promote within and treat each employee equal
