Would be nice if you had more attention to your employees than customers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start with trying to live out your values. You say "bring your whole self to work" yet you only provide hot desks and don't allow people to even decorate their office space
Exec team arrogance is a bit much

Start giving people realistic preview of the actual work environment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management makes impulsive and rash decisions that negatively impact employees and customers. Poor business decisions have been made over the past year. Significant employee and customer turnover. Lack of transparency.
