What makes you most happy at work?

Wanting to made a different and doing my part to make the company stronger and better

Interaction with retailers and customers.

My coworkers, my personal space in the office is very comfortable and I enjoy my projects.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The reward for working long hours and doing a good job isn't any kind of recognition, either verbal or monetary, it's simply even more work. To improve this, we need to find a way to reward the top performers fairly and help them with work/life balance.

What do you like best about your company?

Some of the people from very top to bottom inspired you to be the best you can be when you talk to them or observe them
