The executive leadership team is very approachable and friendly. The middle management (VPs and lower) should also be approachable and friendly. We all have days we want to go from the car to the office without looking at anyone or speaking but doing it everyday is stand-offish.
Have a long term strategy
Communication, does everyone know the overall strategy (I don't)? Transparency, being visible, inspiring teams
They need to recognize their employees first of all they need to thank us when we work those long order to get the stuff done in a timely manner just recognize you employees tell them thank you show your appreciation
Micro-managing. Knowledge of alternative processes and skills. Up to date skills and experience. Flexibility. Too many meetings.
Stop stating employees don't have the "skill set" and actually take time out to train them. Normal companies do one-on-ones once a month with each employee to assist with development and growth. I can find someone to mentor me but I'll end up working for the person eventually.
because I have no benefit
To get paid more several employees have had to get offers from competitors. Then SG is willing to match. Why not get ahead of the situation and pay the top performers what they're worth before they go through the entire interviewing process with a competitor?
I feel that we are underpaid you expect us to do more for less we have not been given any merit raises people are leaving left and right because the company is doing laps for their employees they don’t show their appreciation you don’t value us
Horrible nepotism. Nasty attitudes and vices.
Embrace diversity and inclusion - we were all new and different at some point in in our career
Embrace change and find a mentor who will take time to show you how great you are as well as areas you can improve
We can work better together if upper management it knowledges the team work that we do get appreciated for the work that we do and get compensated for
Send management to HR lead workshops to provide better training on how to be an effective team leader as well as being informed of HR laws
If HR has a way they'd like something communicated, odds are it's not the right way to communicate it. Too many false spins put on negative things. Let's just be honest when something negative happens, and own it. The first step to solving something is admitting there's a problem
Better communication and working as a team
Trust the management more. Communicate fearlessly. Migrate isolated studio locations to more conducive ones.

The reward for working long hours and doing a good job isn't any kind of recognition, either verbal or monetary, it's simply even more work. To improve this, we need to find a way to reward the top performers fairly and help them with work/life balance.
