I feel my coworkers are great passionate people but always stressed out due timid level managers office politics
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Same managers and need to change their business consultants to teach corporate that companies that nurture and educate get awesome results on the business end happy employees + positivity+caring professionals=happy patients and business and low turnover less training money spent
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not positive they need to rebuild management from the ground up. They need to get fair and consistent positive happy motivated managers. The management is corroded with gossip and black balling. No personal interaction unless to be negative and quite honestly just nasty
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is viewed replaceable and hypocritical caring spirit is what they say they believe but that is not at all what is shown by mid level hot head management. They do not care to invest time in training or any kind of support
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be kind believe in what they say caring spirit need to lead by example and stop the favoritism just poor taste in communicating with staff. Brings them joy and fulfillment to scold and right people up that they don't like personally just very sad. managers don't even know my name. no smiles or hello
