The culture that is set from the top is fair and responsive. We are continually educated and supported. This culture is maintained by the team I work within and I am very happy with the way that my team operates.

Management needs to have team building experiences
My coworkers work well together, but much of what is discussed in our meetings are policies set forth by leadership outside of our department.
