They only care about money, not patients or employees
As with every company, the politics can be rough.
Not positive they need to rebuild management from the ground up. They need to get fair and consistent positive happy motivated managers. The management is corroded with gossip and black balling. No personal interaction unless to be negative and quite honestly just nasty
