They did to develop a backbone when it comes to upholding policies. They are notorious for tacking on multiple jobs to one individual without monetary compensation.

Leadership is out of a different city and we have little to no input in decisions that affect our jobs on a daily basis. I wish that leadership would reach out to those of us on the front lines for feedback and ideas.

Cost of living is comparable across markets, but different markets are paid differently.
The salary and benefits are way below the rest of the country. You cant say its just how this market is. No wonder no one wants to stay in the market.

I have worked as a phlebotomist for 9 years at this SCL location and Gained the trust and faith of my patients. I received a 5 out of 5 by my manager for my yearly review then was told not everyone got a review so everyone gets a 3.5 including me. All my work meant nothing it felt like
quit the cliques. be a team. help each other. smile. speak English.
Management needs to have team building experiences
My coworkers work well together, but much of what is discussed in our meetings are policies set forth by leadership outside of our department.

they are attempting to centralize many care sites and that creates confusion and lack of cohesion
internal favoritism. it won't be improved, they have it the way they want it. It's miserable there and people are afraid of speaking up.
Acknowledgement and compensation can help morale.
We aren't involved in major decision-making that affects our department. This all takes place offsite in Broomfield, Colorado, and I have never seen anyone from those offices step foot in my office.
Same managers and need to change their business consultants to teach corporate that companies that nurture and educate get awesome results on the business end happy employees + positivity+caring professionals=happy patients and business and low turnover less training money spent
