It has been a learning experience, I do wish some of the longer tenured leadership would be more open to change and held accountable for behaviors and management practices that contribute to the high turnover in direct service positions.

Assessing for authentic compassion and drive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Cultural Competence, Expectations and Attitudes toward Integrity, Understanding of Race Relations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about the leadership team is that their approach is progressive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I do more work than the people who are paid higher salaries than I. I feel there is a break down of expectation in conduct of managers, supervisors, and some administrative program level leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accountability, Communication, Time Management, Comprehension on how their behavior and conduct at work affect the communities we serve. I do believe that if certain people were not in managerial positions a lot more effective change can take place and optimal quality of services can be rendered.
