workers do not earn a living wage
I feel I do more work than the people who are paid higher salaries than I. I feel there is a break down of expectation in conduct of managers, supervisors, and some administrative program level leadership.
Working for a non profit, employees are subject to stagnant wages. I work for a non profit within a school setting where my counterpart, who is employed by the DOE, has a salary about double to mine.
