Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

workers do not earn a living wage

I feel I do more work than the people who are paid higher salaries than I. I feel there is a break down of expectation in conduct of managers, supervisors, and some administrative program level leadership.

Working for a non profit, employees are subject to stagnant wages. I work for a non profit within a school setting where my counterpart, who is employed by the DOE, has a salary about double to mine.

Accountability, Communication, Time Management, Comprehension on how their behavior and conduct at work affect the communities we serve. I do believe that if certain people were not in managerial positions a lot more effective change can take place and optimal quality of services can be rendered.
