What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about the leadership team is that their approach is progressive.
Our supervisor is completely supportive in developing a strong, talented, and professional team. He is committed to employee development and consumer service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
workers do not earn a living wage
I feel I do more work than the people who are paid higher salaries than I. I feel there is a break down of expectation in conduct of managers, supervisors, and some administrative program level leadership.
Working for a non profit, employees are subject to stagnant wages. I work for a non profit within a school setting where my counterpart, who is employed by the DOE, has a salary about double to mine.

People working for my team are mostly committed to the work that we do, are team players, and are talented in building connections with our consumers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accountability, Communication, Time Management, Comprehension on how their behavior and conduct at work affect the communities we serve. I do believe that if certain people were not in managerial positions a lot more effective change can take place and optimal quality of services can be rendered.

Team players, community mentality, professional

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
pay workers fairly, care about families served, give reasonable benefits to staff, recognize it's a a pandemic...

IT was thorough and lines of communication remained open throughout the process.

Assessing for authentic compassion and drive.

they don't help; it's all a bureaucracy and designed to take advantage of disadvantaged families for profit
