One of the best leadership teams I have worked with. They are invested in your well being mentally, physically and professionally and truly care. Feedback is taken seriously and everyone has a voice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Impressive in how much people are accepted in all areas of life and globally. We all get along so well. The most enjoyable thing is onboarding. You set up meetings of one and ones for 30 people of your choosing in the company. You learn so much about everyone's different background and paths taken.
