My team is cohesive and respectful of each other.

They are experienced and are very clear with their expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our bonus plan provides for a constant trickle of bonus payouts with a couple of other larger payouts throughout the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no politics. We're all mature and know that everyone wins if we support each other in achieving our goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm fully remote and I get paid fairly. I do go to the office on a regular basis to see some of my team so I get a good mix of how I work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired through part of an acquisition so I cannot fully answer this, but I know that when we interview people, we strive to be fair and interview all candidates with the same questions and criteria and compare them against our job requirements with the same data.
