Scorpion was fantastic before Dan Street and all the changes that have come with the new CEO. Since the changes things have gone the wrong direction. Unfortunately the company has lost the magic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Scorpion is completely lost in paying fair compensation. People have been hired to fix this issue but it has only gotten worse. Scorpion is a unique place that typical roles don't apply equally to the market. The new management doesn't understand this.
