Everyone works hard, are treated fairly and voices are listened to equally.

Very rapid and responsive, the recruiters are experienced and care about the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My departmental leadership team is wonderful but our executive leadership needs more racial diversity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary but we don't get annual raises, or quarterly bonuses or perks like the executive leadership which is unfair because we work just as hard as they do.
