Mark is a tech-savvy and purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services, technology, and advisory services. He leads SE2’s overall business strategy as CEO, guiding the company’s client-focused and technology-driven approach in serving the life and annuity markets.

Mark previously served as SE2’s Chief Customer Officer where he drove integration and alignment across the organization’s revenue-related business functions, including business development, marketing and client servicing. He also oversaw go-to-market strategy and adoption of new solutions and business models.

Prior to joining SE2, Mark served as Senior Vice President and Partner at IHS Markit, a data, analytics, and financial services company, where he spent over 19 years in various roles. Mark most recently served as Global Head of WSO, an industry leading software and services portfolio administration provider. Earlier he was Chief Financial Officer for J.P. Morgan FCS Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan, before the most recent acquisition by Markit. Previously, Mark was a consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services group. Mark holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has been a CFA charter holder since 2003.
