Prior to that, he served in various legal capacities with Carson Pirie Scott & Co. and its predecessors, including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Hansen served as an Executive Vice President and Secretary of Carson Pirie Holdings Inc. Mr. Hansen was an Attorney with Baxter International Inc. in Deerfield, Illinois and Shearman & Sterling in New York City. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas and obtained his Law Degree from Boston College.
