What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is not great. Feedback is not taken seriously. Product's team manager is very micromanaging not always reject new ideas.

Nothing can help a company that does not pick their employee based on talent but rather favouritism.
Remove some of the layers. For a relatively small teams, candidates are meeting a lot of people.
