I am extremely grateful to being an employee here at Securitas. I have never worked with/for a company that values its employees so much. I love everything about it such as flexible schedules ,permission to work at locations, Weekly pay and the Securitas leadership staff.

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Securitas Security Services USA?
Pretty fun actually, then again, i'm a people person with some politico abilities.
The HR representative prefers to talk about herself more than about your experience with security or the reasons that you want to go into the security field. Personal photos of family and talking about all of her problems seem to be more of a priority than whether you're actually qualified to get a job there or not.
How challenged are you at Securitas Security Services USA?
Somewhat challenged, as a supervisor, its something new everyday that I have to deal with and navigate through without breaking Osha, Liability, securitas post orders, and or contractor mandates, among other things.
Depends on the day But with my injuries It can be painful at times
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Securitas Security Services USA?
I suppose it might be a bit difficult if I cared to have a social life, though having a social life seems a waste of time to me.
Since he's had me working 7 days straight WHAT SOCIAL LIFE I couldn't even call off sick when my supervisor seen me in the morning His reaction was I can't let you have off I don't have enough people

Like going to any other job, though I don't dread it like I have other jobs in the past.
I love it Alot of the people I see daily basis tell me I'm more easy to get along with than my supervisor He's always yelling at them not talking to them as a human being and at times disrespectful to officers and people at the site

We’ve never had one after 3.5 years. They do absolutely nothing to show employees any appreciation other than some cheap pin they send you in the mail for X amount of “service”.
