I am extremely grateful to being an employee here at Securitas. I have never worked with/for a company that values its employees so much. I love everything about it such as flexible schedules ,permission to work at locations, Weekly pay and the Securitas leadership staff.

This particular post is simply a desk with a space of maybe 7 foot by 10 feet space, a file cabinet, desk, large cabinet, counter and computer screens. It varies greatly from site to site. Next door, another security company has guard shacks twice the size of this area. At my last post we had a pretty big security office of about 12 foot by 25 foot.

Very tense, and it makes for a hostile work environment. Some people( young females in particular) are allowed to get their way and others are reprimanded for the same action.
