I marked satisfing but our issues are with emplyment of family
In the stores the managers and sales people like and support each other. Most customers are happy buying candy and we enjoy that as well. We have some wonderful customers.
I'm not sure how valued regular employees are. Yet regular and seasonal employees work well together to support the common goal of great customer satisfaction and service.
We all know what needs to be done. We get to work on things that need to be done. We really dont need to be directed on whats needed. We are always aware of all task that need to be taken care of
We are a team! We help each other out and support each other. My coworkers provide excellent service to customers and are kind as well.
