A message will appear asking if it is your "Old Device" or your "New Device". As this is your old device, tap the "Old Device" button.
A code will appear. Leave this screen open, and now switch to your new device
On your new device, follow steps 1 and 2 again, but this time tap on the "New Device" button.
You'll be presented with the option to enter a code. Copy the code carefully from your original device into this box, and tap "Link!".
If you entered the code correctly, the game will restart and restore the progress from your old device.
