Change everything. Change your leaders and change your management styles. Great idea -- upsettingly poor execution. Like. really, guys.
The managers, just want to rush over to open properties, and usually burn out staff, without caring about it. When working, they are all over the place and are clumsy and compeltely out of focus. Many times, they go out for lunch for 4 hours, when the team most needs them.

Clear bonus structure, better pension
One of the things that can be improved is the amount of responsibilities and tasks per member. A better distribution of these would help with work/life balance.

The executive team of the company, especially the coo and cmo
Hire managers with real talent and stop micro-managing from the very top of the company. It's a growing company - act like it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the job during the interview. As soon as we were done the manager asked if they gave it to me right on the spot if I would accept. It was a very relaxed and casual interview.
Everyone was super open about the role, the challenges and opportunities of the position
Meeting various people from the leadership team. Being given a clear understanding of what was entailed and expected within the role
