One of the things that can be improved is the amount of responsibilities and tasks per member. A better distribution of these would help with work/life balance.

The conditions are appaling. The only thing Selina does is sell you the idea that you can work and travel around the world. In reality it is a shady business, since they are israelis operating from Panama! Beware!
