Selina looks like a great opportunity. Do not be fooled. They have abhorrently terrible management styles and clearly don't care about employee growth, comfort, or well-being. They did not reimburse me for out-of-pocket expenses. They expect way too much and give you almost nothing. Do not work here

Change everything. Change your leaders and change your management styles. Great idea -- upsettingly poor execution. Like. really, guys.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire managers with real talent and stop micro-managing from the very top of the company. It's a growing company - act like it.
