Careful. Selina is a Vulture fund, that sells the idea its from Panama with a hippie yoga vibe, when its actually an Israeli company, buying off properties close to bankruptcy and then pushing the staff to work more and more. Toxic environment to work, they just promise you things.

They actually promised and lied about every single condition and benefits I was supposed to get.

Organization. They open new properties without having the minimal conditions for guests. They are only interested in the money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The conditions are appaling. The only thing Selina does is sell you the idea that you can work and travel around the world. In reality it is a shady business, since they are israelis operating from Panama! Beware!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers, just want to rush over to open properties, and usually burn out staff, without caring about it. When working, they are all over the place and are clumsy and compeltely out of focus. Many times, they go out for lunch for 4 hours, when the team most needs them.
