Change everything. Change your leaders and change your management styles. Great idea -- upsettingly poor execution. Like. really, guys.

The managers, just want to rush over to open properties, and usually burn out staff, without caring about it. When working, they are all over the place and are clumsy and compeltely out of focus. Many times, they go out for lunch for 4 hours, when the team most needs them.
