What are some of the best things about your team?
They are respectful and talented.
my co workers were amazing and all had their own strengths. I enjoyed talking with them on things they were seeing in their claims and what worked vs what did not work for them. We actually were operating as a well oiled machine with consistancy when we did regualr (positive) meetings.
We have an awesome team. The senior adjusters are always very helpful and willing to support you.

We are productive but still have a good time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people act in a professional manner.
They care about the employees and their communities. They are always looking for ways to support and engage the employees. The employee experience is important to them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They give you feedback in a timely manner.
Interview process was pretty standard and stress free. I was interviewed by 2 leaders who set the tone, asked open ended questions and made me feel at ease.
Meeting all the leaders one on one
It was quick and they offered the job fast too.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from home.
No two day are the same and you never feel like you are at it alone. My CAM and my CTA and my Mentor are very supportive.
