What are some of the best things about your team?
my co workers were amazing and all had their own strengths. I enjoyed talking with them on things they were seeing in their claims and what worked vs what did not work for them. We actually were operating as a well oiled machine with consistancy when we did regualr (positive) meetings.
We have an awesome team. The senior adjusters are always very helpful and willing to support you.
Willingness to help one another find success
We are productive but still have a good time.
