Everyone is transparent and collaborative.
The leadership team is always open to the feedback
The leadership has really changed over the past 10+ years in a very positive way. They are more collaborative and more willing to hear and implement ideas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity upside and health benefits

Benefits are 100 percent covered.
The additional health benefits and quarterly fitness/wellness contributions are great.
I appreciate that our benefits are 100% paid for and we have access to great plans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If money was invested wisely by rewarding hard working employees instead of splurging on unnecessary things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind and smart; the best of both.
Everyone has a bias to action and looks for opportunities to improve even when it's not their direct responsibility
Great problem solvers and come from different backgrounds.
My team is willing to share ideas, takes ownership and we have a good balance of fun at work.
The team is extremely talented and has so much more potential under better management.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt very comfortable and the process was very transparent
Direct interaction with the leadership team. The CFO did the stock grant overview for me
They dont mske you do a lot of homework prior.
They utilize a competency based interviewing technique. This allows us to gauge candidates based on actual experience, not hypothetical.

We actually deliver a valuable product to our users
Tackling and solving problems with my coworkers.
It helps to have a product that customers truly find useful. Whenever you speak to a developer, they see value in what you bring to them and genuinely love the product
