It is horrible. Company doesn't care how the work gets done as long as they don't get complaints.

No communication. Needs monthly meetings and employees properly trained

Better questions and an interviewer whom knew what they were doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have no benefits and the pay is very low. I feel they should raise the pay and offer some type of benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are just warm bodies. They have no experience and they do not care about working. We could work better together if they put forth an effort of trying. The company needs to listen to other employees complaints about coworkers
