What makes you most happy at work?
My team is awesome, it makes me confident we are all aligned and we will be successful.
When I'm able to surpass expectations. I work very hard and I feel my managers and leadership recognize it and celebrate my achievements.
The ability to see how my efforts (and the team's) can impact the bottom line. Everyone works on the most important things for the company's success.
