Overall 4.5 out 5. They are good at identifying employees with high potential and nurturing them to become a better version of themselves. The company is fairly new but looks really promising. Excited to see how much the company will grow in the next couple of years and I'm happy to be a part of it.

It was fast and efficient.Getting the results faster than I expected.

A happy go lucky care free environment while making sure we are trained enough to do what needs to be done.

Working with my team, seeing the success the company has achieved so far and knowing that I am a part of that success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to unleash an employees potential without micromanaging. They really trust their employees and give them opportunities to improve every step of the way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse. Has the right balance of being professionals but still having fun in the process. No complaints with my team so far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally it's not enough but it is enough to keep me borderline satisfied. Benefits are definitely not enough but for now it's okay since it's a new company. Hoping this will change for the better soon.
