Ms. Peggy Rubenzer has been Senior Vice President of People Resources at Shake Shack Inc. since March 2015. Ms. Rubenzer served as Vice President of People Resources at Shake Shack Inc. since February 2014. Ms. Rubenzer leads Shake Shack's training, leadership development and human resources functions and supports the success of the teams through training, tools and resources. She has been Vice President of People Resources of SSE Holdings since November 2013. She has over 23 years of human resources and training expertise. Prior to joining Shake Shack in December 2011, Ms. Rubenzer spent 10 years at P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Vice President roles in both HR and Training. During her tenure at P.F. Chang's, Ms. Rubenzer was instrumental in growing the full and quick service concepts unit count from 82 to 360, supporting a head count of 30,000 employees. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Southwest Airlines, during which time she oversaw the recruiting and human resources functions for the Mid West region supporting the operation in 15 cities, as well as its growth and expansion to the North East.
