I enjoy my job as a customer service representative in the medical records call center, but my supervisor doesn't care about customer service at all, he cares that we make sure our calls are no longer than 2 min 30 seconds. How do you rush an elderly person off the phone? I'm there to help them

We all work good together and are good at our job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't deal that much with them. If you transfer a patient to a manager, you get yelled at by our supervisor. They never answer the phone always get voicemail
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work in a very busy call center and when the operator of one of the 12 hospitals doesn't know who to send the call to it always comes to us. We all give 100% every day. We get an incentive bonus monthly if we meet our quota but if you have an unscheduled absence you don't get it. Unfair
