What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the Division level, absolutely phenomenal. Overall, for the organization, I'd say very good.
They are good a sales
They're highly capable but dont take themselves too seriously.
I don't deal that much with them. If you transfer a patient to a manager, you get yelled at by our supervisor. They never answer the phone always get voicemail
The CEO and execs seem focused on really helping people be healthy, but in a sustainable way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To listen to thier employees feedback, stop ignoring burnout & not give new hires better schedules than tenure employees all while pretending we have a chance to get a better schedule.
