What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very friendly group, most have worked here for greater than 5 year, and also a multitude for a decade or more. That type of loyalty means something in this industry.

I feel that I work with a group of eclectic individuals making my work experience pleasant and fun.

My old manager who left because her feedback was being ignored

The company is a meritocracy.

Everyone is rowing in the same direction. Not always 100% in sync, but people are helpful and supportive of the success of others.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

valuing employees worklife balance and providing them with resonable benfitd. The benefits are terrible for a company that is supposedly focused on care.
