What makes you most happy at work?Working towards common goals, and everyone pulling their weight.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Very friendly group, most have worked here for greater than 5 year, and also a multitude for a decade or more. That type of loyalty means something in this industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are all hard workers, doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Stop making the job seem to be something its not. This is not true health coaching, you are not a wellness company...you only care about numbers and pushing agendas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everyting is wrong and management doesnt care to listen or improve. At some point, this company will burn through any person interested in true health coaching and have no one left to hire
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?More than 10 minutes off the phone together which you usually miss because youre already on a phone cal before the meetings start and oh forbid you mess up your metrics by 10 seconds to make a meeting
