At the Division level, absolutely phenomenal. Overall, for the organization, I'd say very good.
They are good a sales
They're highly capable but dont take themselves too seriously.
I don't deal that much with them. If you transfer a patient to a manager, you get yelled at by our supervisor. They never answer the phone always get voicemail
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm extremely well paid and the benefits are satisfactory considering stress levels and work loads.
It is highly predictable and compensates for all work related expenses.
401k match is good, lots of other small perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all hard workers, doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
The team is highly congenial.
We all work good together and are good at our job
Kind-hearted, mission-focused professionals who are generally very good at their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great team players. Good management

Very friendly group, most have worked here for greater than 5 year, and also a multitude for a decade or more. That type of loyalty means something in this industry.
I feel that I work with a group of eclectic individuals making my work experience pleasant and fun.
My old manager who left because her feedback was being ignored

The questions during the interview process were questions that required me to think outside the box, I loved that the most.
Very in depth and personalized.
HR was highly responsive / genuinely helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working towards common goals, and everyone pulling their weight.
Working with a diverse group of individuals that are all willing to pull their weight.
I enjoy times when I am granted an elevated responsibility though thess scenarios are naturally nervewracking, too.
Helping the patients get what they need
Knowing I'm helping people live healthier lives. A great team of co-workers.
