To listen to thier employees feedback, stop ignoring burnout & not give new hires better schedules than tenure employees all while pretending we have a chance to get a better schedule.
Everything about this company made me feel undervalued other than the first 3 weeks of training
We work in a very busy call center and when the operator of one of the 12 hospitals doesn't know who to send the call to it always comes to us. We all give 100% every day. We get an incentive bonus monthly if we meet our quota but if you have an unscheduled absence you don't get it. Unfair
More than 10 minutes off the phone together which you usually miss because youre already on a phone cal before the meetings start and oh forbid you mess up your metrics by 10 seconds to make a meeting
valuing employees worklife balance and providing them with resonable benfitd. The benefits are terrible for a company that is supposedly focused on care.
Stop making the job seem to be something its not. This is not true health coaching, you are not a wellness company...you only care about numbers and pushing agendas.
Everyting is wrong and management doesnt care to listen or improve. At some point, this company will burn through any person interested in true health coaching and have no one left to hire
