Working towards common goals, and everyone pulling their weight.

Working with a diverse group of individuals that are all willing to pull their weight.

I enjoy times when I am granted an elevated responsibility though thess scenarios are naturally nervewracking, too.

Helping the patients get what they need

Knowing I'm helping people live healthier lives. A great team of co-workers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everyting is wrong and management doesnt care to listen or improve. At some point, this company will burn through any person interested in true health coaching and have no one left to hire
