What makes you most happy at work?
Myself and mt co workers coming together to do our jobs the best we can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I consider my team to be the people that are working all of the hours we can to make it by. We come together to work and get things done. We attempt to even out the total workload between us all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bit more recognition? Maybe a small bonus? We are working ourselves in the ground just to line the management teams pocket with nice bonuses for all of their "hard work", which consists of barking orders and not fully understanding the hours we are putting in, in exchange for "okay" pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating the people who are keeping their lines operating by working over 60 hours a week. There is no recognition given to the people who work the hardest. The company is great, but the management team needs to show a little appreciation other than an occasional dinner that is less than subpar.
