I despise the term "company culture"
We need better management. Our current management has absolutely 0 regard for his employees. It hasent always been that way. But he will tell us to our face, he doesn't care.. company comes first.

It needs to be more of a direction oriented atmosphere we are thrown in there and told to do something with no Direction all of us do it a little bit different we all need to get together and figure out how to do it the same way to streamline the process
