Appreciating the people who are keeping their lines operating by working over 60 hours a week. There is no recognition given to the people who work the hardest. The company is great, but the management team needs to show a little appreciation other than an occasional dinner that is less than subpar.
Deeper digging in the org to get a dose of reality beyond words

They need to get better at coordinating the work and letting us know in advance where we're going. It's always 9 p.m. the night before when I get a call to tell me where I'm going.
